The hotel location allowed me easy access to many attractions. I found good value for the price, and I was pleased. The staff impressed me with helpfulness. My room matched the description. the bathroom included Molton Brown toiletries.
My room did not have sufficient sound insulation. I noticed city noise.

park view scenic vista
the location was perfect. the front desk manager, shannen, showed very nice kindness and a cute attitude. this detail added to my experience. we had a room with a park view during the christmas season. the higher the room, the better the scenic vista.
The rain shower pressure seemed weak. It lacked force.

fabulous find
fantastic location morning muffins kind staff large room
the location is fantastic, right next to bryant park i really love this winter market with amazing treats it has! the morning muffins with coffee or tea were great, i enjoyed them so much. the staff is very kind and helpful, always smiling, which i find very refreshing. rooms are beautifully large, especially compared to other places i have visited!
The celon bar near the lobby's cocktail or wine list is quite small, it could definitely use some improvement. I still enjoyed the mediterranean decor vibe though!

The hotel's location across from the park was good. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions. I found the staff very helpful with luggage and directions. The hotel's architecture is inside the historic American Radiator Building, an excellent bonus.
My room faced a wall with scaffolding. I kept the blinds down for my entire stay, creating a locked-in feeling

The hotel staff were cute. A kettle and tea bags were available in my room upon arrival. The rooms are large for accommodations in this area (I stayed in a double room). The location is convenient as subway stops are nearby.
